How to revert back from Facebook Lite

I guess we must have all noticed the interesting facebook ad of ‘Facebook lite’ and some must have got lured to click on it and migrate to the ‘Lite’ version of Facebook. But then as usual disasters never announce their arrival, or the calamity it might bring with it. I myself realised it once again, when I switched to ‘Facebook Lite’ and to my horror found my facebook unfriendly and limited.

Procastinated for a day and made up my mind to get back to the older version.Thats when I realised (again …to my ‘horror’ ofcourse) that there is no ‘RESTORE’ button. So had to rely on my best friend (google) to find a way to get back to the old and better version.

Have tried to post a step by step instruction of how to get back to ‘Regular Facebook’

Scroll down to the bottom of your Facebook Page, click on the ‘Feeback’ link as displayed in the image ‘Feedback’, which will take you to the feeback page.

On the feedback page, Click on the ‘Just click here’ link as displayed in the ‘click here’ image given below.

Voila !!! you are back to posting and poking on regular Facebook.

For people want to have a toggle option between Facebook Lite and Regular Facebook, can go to this link http://lite.facebook.com/settings/defaultsite/ and select ‘Let me switch between regular Facebook and Facebook Lite’ option. Which would give a toggle option at the top right of the Facebook page as illustrated in the image below. As its visible this Link could also used to get back to your regular Facebook , if you were lost in ‘Facebook Lite’ just like me.
