Please watch the video in full screen mode. The tutorial should help you to switch between 2 or more gmail accounts.

The first step is to log on to www.google/accounts and click on the edit link next to the Multiple Sign-in option. This will take you to a new page asking a Yes and No option for multiple sign in. Check the Yes radio button and the 4 check boxes before clicking the save button.

Go back to your Gmail page and click on the drop down box at the top of the page which is just next to your email address. Click on the ‘Sign in to another account’ option. It will take you to a Gmail login page. Enter in your username and password of the Gmail Account you want to add. Now that you have added an other account, the same Drop down box at the top of the page will help you to switch between your Gmail Id’s.

Watch the Video for the step by step process

I guess we must have all noticed the interesting facebook ad of ‘Facebook lite’ and some must have got lured to click on it and migrate to the ‘Lite’ version of Facebook. But then as usual disasters never announce their arrival, or the calamity it might bring with it. I myself realised it once again, when I switched to ‘Facebook Lite’ and to my horror found my facebook unfriendly and limited.

Procastinated for a day and made up my mind to get back to the older version.Thats when I realised (again …to my ‘horror’ ofcourse) that there is no ‘RESTORE’ button. So had to rely on my best friend (google) to find a way to get back to the old and better version.

Have tried to post a step by step instruction of how to get back to ‘Regular Facebook’

Scroll down to the bottom of your Facebook Page, click on the ‘Feeback’ link as displayed in the image ‘Feedback’, which will take you to the feeback page.

On the feedback page, Click on the ‘Just click here’ link as displayed in the ‘click here’ image given below.

Voila !!! you are back to posting and poking on regular Facebook.

For people want to have a toggle option between Facebook Lite and Regular Facebook, can go to this link http://lite.facebook.com/settings/defaultsite/ and select ‘Let me switch between regular Facebook and Facebook Lite’ option. Which would give a toggle option at the top right of the Facebook page as illustrated in the image below. As its visible this Link could also used to get back to your regular Facebook , if you were lost in ‘Facebook Lite’ just like me.

‘Facebook Lite’ was devised by facebook help users with Low Bandwidth, but then as they say …”You can’t have the best of Both World”

Its difficult for a newbie student to figure out if the master is teaching the right moves or not. But then a good instructor would never brag and never hurt the students while sparring. These are some of the signs to know the good from the bad. Learning the wrong technique is worse than not learning at all, cause it wont help you in the hour of need and you would be under the impression that you would be able to handle a fight and get into one. Sometimes the wrong form can harm you while practicing on your own too, in the form of sprains, pulls and ligament tears. There is an impression with people that martial arts is all tough training and conditioning, its partly true. But then you are not supposed to do kumite (Sparring) in the first class itself, neither does your Sensei(Master) make you do rigorous exercises unless your body is ready to take that kind of pressure. So be aware and away from such Dojos and Masters, who are just in to make a quick buck and sell the art forms.

Here is an funny video example of how a bad master can be, performed by Jim Carrey

A Dramatic topic that would stop you in your tracks… rather it would send a chill down your spine. But then now you know that your favourite city, the commercial capital of India has been attacked and it is no less than war when the pride of Mumbai and the most affluent part of the city is constantly being bludgeoned with bullets and hand grenades. The conspirators were armed with sophisticated weapons, determination and orders from their higher ups. The hapless citizens of our peace n fun loving island city couldn’t stand a chance against the onslaught of hate in the name of religion and laced with bullets. An eyewitness stated ‘The terrorists saw to it that every bullet hit its human mark’. It was mayhem, the young night got darker and bloody as the body count teared through the 3 figure mark.

The police force took time to regain from the shock and awe of the situation, by then 3 of its senior and decorated officers succumbed to a cowardly attack, while they were moving in a Police van were ambushed by terrorists traveling in an hijacked police vehicle. Hemant Karkare – A T S chief, Ashok Kamte – Add’l Commisioner of Police, Vijay salaskar – ATS officer and encounter specialist and 13 other police and military personnels recieved the martyr tag, leaving their near and dear ones to mourn with the rest of the nation.

My heart swells with pride for our soldiers ! Its a lesson to terrorists who are on a suicide mission that our soldiers can lay their lives down to defend our country and its people. I read some blogs and heard some comments on Television about how clumsy our police force and army is, but then when the siege was over, the foreign hostages who were released… thanked the commandos for the way they handled the situation while rescuing the hostages. We have one of the best forces and commandos, though they need a bit more training i doubt that any other force in the world can match their patriotism and valor.

So if its war … we are ready to face it head on. They can break down buildings and kill innocent people, but then they can never break our resolve. Mumbai, a city that never sleeps and a city that would never give in !!!

The best way to get your way with others is through words. With words you could make them agree to your perspective, get whatever you want and sell anything under the sky. Carefully chosen words interwoven in a written page has powers to move mountains. Though not literally but it can surely create interest in your content and can also generate the wanted emotion which is expected from that particular copy.

Words can generate power, to influence people’s emotional responses to written content, on a webpage or a sales letter. It has an enormous capability to convince and convert readers to your product or service.

Words can be used create impressions, images and expectations. Words help to build psychological connections and influence the way we think. As thoughts determine actions, there is a strong connection between the words we use and the results we get.

Words that are poorly chosen can kill enthusiasm, impact self-esteem, lower expectations and hold people back. And words that are well chosen can motivate, offer hope, create vision, impact thinking and alter results.

One of the major considerations while using words must be how to achieve the most impact upon your audience. If the desired effect is not achieved by the chosen words then it doesn’t make sense in writing them

As a second generation Malayali who has been polished with the Mumbaite tag, life has been an avial (or call it mish-mash mix), so has been my persona. I did suffer from identity crisis, and at times coconut oil dripping from my hair on to my face kind of crisis. But then all that was like eating Payasam compared to the times when I had to wear mundu and couldn’t find a belt to grip the silk cloth to my anatomy.

Most of my malayali brethrens born and brought up in Mumbai empathise with me. But then I did know to speak the language. I also knew some Mallus (International slang for Malayalis) who did know to speak the language maybe better than Ezhuthachan himself, but felt it was classier to refuse or retort in a ‘Chinese’ accent “Enaki kuruchu kuruchu Malayalam ariyum”. I fail to understand their motive in doing so. I myself took time in understanding the importance of our rich culture and art forms. The credit for introducing me to Kerala art and cultural activities goes to Mr. Subash Menon.

Due to him I joined ‘Kerala Kala Samiti, where I realised that we have to keep our culture alive and active. There are a lot of reasons why the new generation is drifting from its rich cultural roots to so-called “greener pastures”, the advent of the internet and our brethrens exposure to the Gelf (like we pronounce it), the BPO culture and the choice of lamb and ham burgers over freshly baked nayyapappams

I feel, if we don’t act now and try to revive the dying art forms, it would be too late. Our future generation would be devoid of our heritage. Every one of us can contribute a little bit of our precious time to be of help and encourage new artistes and craftsmen. They say change starts from home. And what better place than here, what better people than us, And what better time(s) than now!
